3 eggs
1 cup coconut sugar
50g coconut oil
75g DF butter
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 block grated marzipan
2 cups dessicated coconut
1 cup selfraising flour
1 cup ground almond
Jam
1) whisk eggs and sugar with an electric whisk. Then add oil and butter and continue to whisk until mised
2) add rest of ingredients (except for jam) and whisk until you get a nice smooth batter
3) grease a 20x20cm brownie tin and add half the mixture, then a layer of jam, then the rest of the mixture & bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
4) once cooled, you can add toppings, such as flakes coconut and glace cherries
