Ingredients:

450g mixed nuts and seeds 

50g coconut flour (or alternative GF flour)

1dl rapeseed oil

5 eggs

a pinch of salt


Instructions:

Combine the dry ingredients, ensuring they are mixed together well. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and oil using a hand whisk. Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir well.

Place in a bread tin lined with baking/parchment paper and bake at 160 degrees for 50-60 minutes
